SMD system
We assemble our electronics in-house. Our SMD system is precise, flexible and efficient with a placement rate of up to 15,000 components per hour.
7-zone reflow oven
After assembly, the circuit boards pass through the 7-zone reflow oven with 5 heating and 2 cooling zones. This is how we ensure the optimal hold of the components.
ICT
Our ICT is another element of our quality assurance. In this early production step, we check the device parameters and electrical connections.
Electronics assembly
Our specialists master the manual soldering of components and cables as well as the assembly of the components, e.g. in housings.
Electronics final test
Each individual electronics must pass a final test in which the electronics are operated and the most important parameters are checked within narrow limits.
